How many guests does Unit #309 accommodate?
Canaveral Towers Unit #309 can accommodate up to five guests. This unit consists of a master bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom, guest bedroom with two twin beds and full guest bathroom. Per guest request, twin beds can be pushed together to make one king bed. For additional sleeping accommodations, the living room couch opens to a bed and roll-out cots can be found in the master closet. All bed linens and towels are supplied.
Do you need to cross a street to get to the ocean?
No, Canaveral Towers Unit #309 is located directly on the ocean. Just past the pool, putting green, and shuffleboard court is the walkway to the beach.
Does Canaveral Towers Unit #309 face the ocean?
Yes! Direct oceanfront views are seen from the living, dining, and kitchen areas as well as the master bedroom.
How close is the Cocoa Beach Pier?
Less than one mile. Enjoy a stroll in the sand for a cocktail and dinner on the beach or maybe a yummy ice cream snack. And don’t forget the beach volleyball! Club and pick up games are available.
Do you have beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, & toys?
Yes, Yes, Yes! Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and more can be found in the private beach closet down the hall. Beach towels are located inside the unit’s linen closet.
Do I need to bring my own sheets and towels?
No, all bed linens and bath towels are provided.
How do I check-in?
The owner will either arrange to meet with you at check-in or mail you the keys in advance.
Do you have a pool?
Yes, it’s large, heated, and very well maintained.
Can I bring a trailer, boat, or motorcycle?
Yes, there is ample parking space for your trailer and recreational vehicle, however, a 10-day restriction. Off-site parking for storage of large vehicles can also be made availabale.
Does the unit come with a fully supplied kitchen?
Yes, the kitchen has pots, pans, dishes, silverware, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.
Will I have a washer and dryer to use?
There is a commercial size coined washer/dryer on each floor of Canaveral Towers.
Do you have a barbecue?
No, for safety reasons, barbeques are prohibited at Canaveral Towers however, the unit does have a George Foreman grill. Guests do have access to Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach public beachside parks with charcoal grills.
Do you have WiFi?
Yes, guests can choose to connect to myspectrumWIFIdo-2G or myspectrumWIFIdo-5G. WiFi access codes are sent to guests within the check-in instructions prior to arrival and will also be posted in the unit.
Where is the local supermarket?
Publix is located on A1A, just down the street. A Super Walmart is also located on Merritt Island just a few miles away. Shopping for organics? Do you accept pets?
Yes, dogs under 35 pounds are accepted with approval.
When and how do I need to pay?
Personal checks, travel checks, money orders, all major credit cards, Zelle, and wire transfers are all acceptable. Payments are due 30 days prior to arrival.
Can I get my money back if I need to cancel my reservation?
If cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to arrival, all but a $50 administrative fee is returned to you and can be applied to a future vacation. If cancellation is received within 30 days of arriving, there are no refunds, but reservations can be rescheduled. Reschedules are based upon availability and rates may vary according to season. Travel insurance can be purchased to avoid losses due to unforeseen circumstances.

Where can I park?
Canaveral Towers Unit #309 has a marked parking spot just inside the north entrance of the building. This designated spot can be used or park in any unmarked parking spot in the parking lot.
Is there an elevator?
Yes! Canaveral Towers has two elevators and two stairwells. Unit #309’s parking spot is near the north stairwell.
Is Canaveral Towers secure?
Canaveral Towers is a secure facility. Keys are needed to access stairwells, elevators, pool area, storage closet, and unit.
Do I clean the unit before I leave?
Guests are asked to please pick up after themselves, take out all garbage/recycles, and load and start the dishwasher before they depart. A professional cleaning service will be in to take care of the rest.
Does Florida have bugs?
Canaveral Towers Unit #309 is on a regular pest treatment plan but Florida’s tropical weather makes a wonderful home for many crawling and flying critters. If you don’t want to share your stay with them, please do not invite them in! Make sure all doors and windows are closed, and food should be cleaned up immediately.
Is there an outdoor shower?
Yes! Guests should use the outdoor shower to remove excess sand before entering the unit.
